Long Wave participates in the NATE STAR Initiative to deliver tested and proven safety methods in the field. Utilizing NATE training materials and attending conferences, Long Wave team leaders implement knowledge obtained from both safety experts and other members to ensure proper implementation of all safety protocols. We share the results of our safety audits with NATE, which gives us a sounding board for their overall effectiveness in improving safety.

CORPORATE EXPERIENCE
On labor matters, Long Wave interprets, understands, and applies SCA and DBA laws alongside State, Federal, and International Labor Laws. The company also works with multiple SCA/DBA contracts in the continental United States and International Territories.
Long Wave’s team of experts has experience working with Business Representatives on Collective Bargaining Agreement issues that include: bridge negotiations, mid-contract negotiations, letters of understanding, and grievances.
