Job Summary:

Long Wave Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. At Long Wave, we pride ourselves on delivering cutting-edge products and services. As a Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the design team to determine test methods and parameters.
  • Write comprehensive test plans and create detailed test
  • Design and deploy tailored assemblies in collaboration with design engineers to support test
  • Conduct quality assurance and performance tests using approved testing
  • Identify and remedy test procedure errors, streamlining testing
  • Record discrepancies, collect forensics, and report findings to the design
  • Train and mentor test team members to ensure adherence to best
  • Ensure all tests and procedures comply with company and industry
  • Prepare test reporting artifacts for internal review and customer

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Software, or Computer
  • Proven experience as a Test
  • Familiarity with testing tools, including
  • Knowledge of DoD SETR
  • Proficient in diagramming software, including Microsoft Visio and Extensive knowledge of engineering and testing methods.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to
  • Ability to manage projects effectively.
  • Excellent technical writing

Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret (TS/SCI desired)
